Natalie is a childbirth educator and massage therapist with a particular interest in the nervous system and the role of stress and anxiety during preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. She combines a number of mind–body modalities including massage, acupressure, hypnosis and craniosacral therapy, with a focus on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss and birth trauma.
Her work draws on gentle yet powerful therapies such as Craniosacral Therapy to calm the nervous system and release long-held tension, Lymphatic Drainage to support detoxification, circulation and immune health, and Caesarean Scar Release Therapy to soften adhesions and help reintegrate the body after surgery or birth. These restorative approaches create space for both physical healing and emotional recovery, allowing women to reconnect with their bodies during times of transition.
Natalie is also trained in Optimal Maternal Positioning (OMP) for birth and rebozo techniques, which she integrates into her pregnancy and postpartum care. She has previously facilitated pregnancy loss support groups, completed further studies in Birth Trauma, and offers one-on-one birth debriefs to couples seeking additional support.
Her holistic approach honours every stage of the motherhood journey, offering women a safe and nurturing space to feel heard, held, and guided towards balance in both body and mind.
