Our integrative bodywork therapies offer gentle yet powerful ways to restore balance, encourage healing, and support the body through times of change, recovery, and transformation.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
CST is a subtle, non-invasive therapy that works with the body’s craniosacral rhythm – the natural movement of cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord. Through light touch and precise listening hands, this therapy supports the nervous system to shift out of “fight or flight” and into deep rest. It can be helpful for stress, headaches, chronic pain, sleep issues, birth trauma, emotional release, and for anyone needing a gentle yet profound reset.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This rhythmic, flowing technique stimulates the lymphatic system to clear stagnation, reduce swelling, and enhance circulation. It supports the immune system, aids in detoxification, and restores energy levels. Particularly beneficial after illness, surgery, during hormonal transitions, or when experiencing fatigue, bloating, gut issues or inflammation, lymphatic massage is both deeply cleansing and re-energising.
Scar Release Therapy
Scar tissue can restrict movement, create discomfort, and hold emotional memory long after healing appears complete. Our scar release treatments combine gentle manual therapy, energy holds, and techniques such as moxibustion or rebozo wrapping to soften adhesions, restore mobility, and reintegrate the affected area back into the whole body system. This work is especially supportive after caesarean birth, abdominal or pelvic surgery, or injury, and provides a nurturing space for both physical and emotional recovery.
Together, these therapies go beyond relaxation. They offer women and men alike an opportunity to:
- Calm the nervous system and reduce stress
- Improve circulation, immunity, and overall vitality
- Reconnect with the body after birth, surgery, or trauma
- Release long-held patterns of tension and restore natural balance
Gentle, restorative, and deeply supportive, Craniosacral and Lymphatic Therapies create the conditions for your body to do what it does best — heal from within.
